LightHarmony Festivals India does not directly sell festival tickets. We may provide links to third-party ticketing services for festivals across India. Refund policies for festival tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective ticket providers and festival organizers.
In the unfortunate event that a festival listed in our guide is canceled or postponed:
• We will update our guide information as soon as possible
• We will notify subscribed users via email when possible
• Ticket refunds must be processed through the original ticket vendor
• LightHarmony Festivals is not responsible for refunding tickets purchased through third parties

The following items are non-refundable:
• Downloaded digital content that has been accessed
• Services that have been fully rendered
• Third-party festival tickets (subject to individual vendor policies)
LightHarmony Festivals India is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred in connection with attending festivals listed in our guide. We recommend purchasing appropriate travel insurance for trips within India.
